The Study About Staff's Amateur Education Of HenNan, 1949-1957

The staff's education is the important composition part of adult's education. But for todays academia the study about staff's amateur education of Henan is still relatively weak ,which has an important research value and yet has a wide space for research on it. This essay focuses on staffs amateur education of Henan from 1949 to 1957. Through a thorough investigation of the background , developing course , content and way ,source of funds and condition of income and expense , source and training of teachers of staff's amateur education of Henan, I try to ascertain the general situationin of staff's amateur education of Henan from 1949 to 1957, and discuss the reason of getting record and the reason of existing insufficiency.This article is divided into six parts:The first part mainly discusses the background of staff's amateur education of Henan. The tendency of Nation-wide staff's amateur education ,the objective need of economical construction and political construction of Henan, and the strong desire to get education that workers have ,form the background of staff's amateur education of Henan from 1949 to 1957.The second part mainly discusses the developing course of staffs amateur education .Staff's amateur education of Henan has gone through groping to go forward , advacing rashly and blindly , correcting advaced rashly and developing climax from 1949 to 1957.The third part mainly discusses the content and way of staff's amateur education of Henan. The content of staffs amateur education of Henan includes cultural educational, technical education and political education. Educational way is varied.The fourth part mainly discusses the source of funds and condition of income and expense of staffs amateur education of Henan. The funds are supplied from government's supply to staff's supply, when its funds are supplied by staff, the staff's amateur educational funds are insufficient.The fifth part mainly discusses the source and training of teachers. Main source of staff's amateur educational teacher of Henan is full-time teachers, the teacher of the masses, teachers of school and the students of college,senior or primary school. In which, the teacher of the masses is the major source of staff's amateur educational teachers. The cultural,technical level and political ideological of these full-time teachers and the teacher of the masses are low, At that time, government adopts various way to train them.The six part is to make assessment of staff's amateur education. Pointing out that it had achievement and existed insufficiency , analysing the reason of getting record and the reason of existing insufficiency.
