The Study Of Amateur Sportstraining Combination Between Training And Teaching Modein Henan Province

Reserved talented persons of the young people sports are a force of competitive sports, and they arealso an important guarantee for prosperous development, competitive sports in our province. With thedevelopment of the times, a series of reforms have brought huge impact to China’s traditional sports reservetalent cultivation mode. The mechanisms to sports system based sports reserved talent are gradually awayfrom the glorious period of their own. What’s more, the shortage of athletics sports reserved talent hasemerged in our province. How to solve the problem of training reserved talents of competitive sports inChina have been imminent. So it is necessary to explore the reforming road of cultivating new reservedtalents of sports. The mode of combination between teaching and training can make use of educationresources to enable athletes to accept the good education, and also can cultivate sports talents in a way ofthe all-round development.The combination between teaching and training implied in amateur training of Henan Province hasopened up a new way for the cultivation of sports reserved talent education, and it is of great significancefor the development of our province sports. This paper uses the literature material method, interviewmethod, questionnaire and other methods to survey the teaching target in the mode of Henan provinceamateur sports training combination between training and teaching. It also surveys project settings, athletesstudy, enrollment situation, and the whole present situation and the problems of combination betweentraining and teaching in the amateur training in Henan province. It will offer the appreciate suggestions tothe implementation of combination between training and teaching in amateur training of Henan Provinceby the analysis of the current combination model.Based on the results of the survey, the main problems existed in the implementation of thecombination between training and teaching in Henan province are:1. the poor thinking and understanding;2. lack of fundamental barrier to teach;3. the low cultural quality of athletes;4. lack of activeconsciousness of cultural course learning;5. The incomplete management system of amateur sports training;6. the uneven coach level;7. funding shortage and unbalanced;8. The low employment rate for athletes;9.combined with little effort.For the problems existed in the combination of sports and education training mode in amateur training of Henan province, this paper proposes the following development ideas for the better development ofHenan province amateur training in view of the guide of continued development, learning from theadvanced experience of neighboring provinces and overseas amateur training. The ideas are:1. pay moreattention to the mechanism, push the combination of sports and education, and further strengthen theconstruction of PE Teachers;2. By the culture and education as the focus, make efforts to promote theall-round development of athletes;3. Deepen the combination of amateur training, and correctly handle thecontradiction between learning and training;4. apply strict management of athletes qualification;5. Theproper punishment and praise and the regular exchange;6. unity of thinking and enhance understanding tofurther strengthen the combination of sports and education;7. spare no effort to implement thedevelopment policy of the amateur training based on the correct guiding ideology;8. Reinforce the amateurtraining base by speeding up the construction of the amateur training network.
