The Study On The Present Circumstance Of The Amateur Volleyball Clubs In Henan

“Health Chinese Plan 2030” just pointed out that it is indispensible to carry out a wide range of fitness activities,continue to develop and implement the national fitness program,progressively develop the sport loved by the masses,as a result,promote the masses to participate in physical exercise,enhance the common's physical condition.China women's volleyball team won the champion in the Rio Olympic Games 2016,again after a lapse of 12 years to the Olympic podium,which set off a wave of volleyball.Volleyball in China known for its very characters comprising amusement,fitness effect and low threshold combining with the affluence from the Women's Volley Team Spirit is widely loved by the masses.Amateur Volleyball Club is a sort of voluntary organisation generally launched by Amateur Volleyball enthusiasts,in which the aim is to promote and improve the common's physical and mental health in the way ofbeing participated in volleyball activities.Meanwhile,it also helps enhance the communication among participants,enrich the common's spiritual needs.The development of Henan Amateur Volleyball Club has its own characters but co-existing with many shortcomings.This paper adopts the method of literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interviewing and mathematical statistics to study the 15 Amateur Volleyball Clubs in Henan province.The conclusionargues that:(1)The size of Henan Amateur Volleyball Club is constrained in small and medium,which are mainly launched less than 25 players.In Zhengzhou,Luoyang,Xinxiang and other comparatively developed cities,it is more available for club activities organised indoors,where less affected by the weather.Furthermore,The rapid growth of the Amateur clubs is also supported the abundance of thecolleges and universities which provide more athletes reserve forces.Instead,in some economically less-developed areassuch as Zhoukou,club activities are mainly held outdoors,strongly influenced by the weather.Consequently,it is more difficulty for clubsto carry out activities.Males accounts for around 86% among the Members of the club.Femalehas their own enthusiam for participating in volleyball activities but not much to join the volleyball clubdue to family work and physical reasons.Family members from the clubersoften support their participation in the club because of the beneficiaries given by the volleyball activities.Statistically,participants with a stable career,qualified education background and basic skills for volleyball games are more likely to join in the clubs.What's more,the motivation for the Members of the club are as follows: the impact of the spirit from the women's volleyball,volleyball atmosphere surroundingly,honor rewarding from participating in the competitive games and friends making.(2)Henan Amateur Volleyball Club is mainly divided into clubs for certain staffs and social clubs.Mostly,club activities rely mainly on the network,telephone and other means of contact without having a sound management system.The majorities of the clubs can guarante the trainning frequency twice a week or more,over 2 hours per time.In general,most clubs only compete for the provincial competition.But specifically,4 clubs compete in 2 national competitions each year.The cost of social club activities is mainly covered by the membership fees.On the other hand,clubsfor certain staffs mainly base on the sponsorship from the enterprises and institutions.It is rather common for amateur clubs not registered in the relevant sports departments because of the imperfect management system and the lack of legal consciousness within the management personnels,the propaganda of the government departments,funds and venues.(3)The communication problem among the clubs is one of the important factors influencing the development of amateur clubs,which contains the exchange among the clubs and the exchange between universitiesand clubes.The communication among clubscomprises the daily communication,competition venues and facilities sharing,etc.Social sponsorshipis the key to guarantee the smooth development of Amateur Volleyball Clubs,but the majority of clubs in Henan province has not been sponsored by the society,which has brought great difficulties in the development of the club.(4)Main factors affecting the development of Henan Amateur Volleyball Clubs are followed: less attention paid by the local government,less competition exchange,lack of funds and high level coaches in colleges and universities,imperfect facilities,and communication deficiency,etc.
