Industrial education was developed as a series of reform policy in the late decade of Qing Dynasty which was in order to train the specialized application-oriented talents in the field of agriculture, industry, commerce, mining and others. Industrial education in the end decade of Qing Dynasty developed from none to many, which was thought to change greater. Based on the development of Industrial education in the end decades of the Qing Dynasty in Henan, we study on the background, development and impaction and so on.For the foreword, this paper is divided into five sections. The reason for the development of industrial education is analyzed in the first part. the development of industrial education is very quick. For example, the impaction of ideas: "Industrial Salvation", the national policy to encourage and the improvement of the national education system are several areas of reformation, the development of commodity economy and the promotion of education in Henan are the more important. The development of industrial education in the Henan is studied in the second part. In this section we focus on two study subjects of schools and students. Through the number of students, school type and learning content, we learn about the situation and status of the development in our country. We summarize the sources of funding for education in the third part. Money is an important support in the industry education, we should think about how the sources of funding are to support its development. The position of teachers of industrial education is in the forth part. The basic source of teachers, the training and management of teachers, the study of three areas is our focus. The fifth part is a preliminary assessment of industrial education in Henan, which is also the summary of this article. It is the positive aspect that a group of industry professionals and industrial teachers were trained in that decade. It makes a contribution and promotes the traditional concept of innovation. After all, it is a self-help activity of the Qing government with strong feudal nature, in the same time the limitations of social reality has limited its development.
