The Study Of The Teacher's Role In The Domestic Research Universitives

As a main power to promote country's comprehensive competitiveness,Research University has become the national capacity for innovation,science and technology competitiveness.It is play a fundamentally important role for the improvement of comprehensive competitiveness.Thus,the role of teachers in research universities has become an basic problem pressing for solution.In this paper,there are five parts:The first part of thesis analyzed the background of university teachers,including the background of the times,the overview of theoretical development and the relevant definitions.The second part is mainly on the role of the teacher of research universities.In this paper, analysis of the role of the teacher of research universities and get the reasons to change the role of teacher.It is helpful for accurate positioning of the role of university teachers.The third part is the investigation of the role of university teachers.The researchers designed this part to compare the teacher's role which students looking forward to with the present,which is the basis for the conclusion.The fourth part is the research of what role university teachers play and strategy.Include: the teaching process from the leading over to the guide;from the policy-makers to the perpetrators;from the neglect of scientific research capacity of students to the importance of scientific research ability;from the image away from the students to approach the students; from classical knowledge to emphasis on forefront academic knowledge;from a single teaching methods to various;from training technology worker to training the innovative talents.And the other part is on how to change the teachers' role in Research University.Include:construction of an advanced concept,culture the first-class innovative talents;clear teacher management functions;alleviate the pressure on teachers;enhance the professional ethics of teachers,make teachers to be learned and achieve the teaching profession.
