Teachers in the education development and reform the status and function of more and moreattention, and in the background of the new curriculum reform, the teacher actually play the roleand the role of the new curriculum reform as could achieve the breadth and depth of one of themost important variables. Through to the teachers’ role traceability research and futuredevelopment trend of judgment, and combined with actual curriculum reform to teachers in therole of the empirical study of found that teachers as a grass-roots power curriculum reform, and thenew curriculum reform to achieve the ideal state of promote each other, need to stimulate their ownrole consciousness, strengthen self reflection ability, and in the education environment integrityshift reshape their role as the course reform of participants, executives, the change involved.Paper is divided into three parts:Part1: expounds the role of teacher role, meaning; Analyzes the changes in the history of theteacher’s role, and in the existing literature at home and abroad on the basis of teacher’s roleresearch review briefly.Part2: the characteristics of the new curriculum reform and nature of the new curriculum reformtries to discuss the ideal teacher’s role, and at the same time through empirical study of the way inreal education teaching reform in the role of teachers’ practical. In the two different dimensions, itwas found that the teacher role a controllable interval, or practice in the form of the new curriculumreform teachers play role is a kind of ideal and reality of the middle of the state, and in the processof teachers play the role of the input of different variables, the teacher in the interval’s position alsochange accordingly. Through the efforts of many factors can lead to the ideal, teachers to the newcurriculum reform the required character development.Part3: mainly through empirical survey found in the new curriculum reforms teachers exist theconsciousness of the role is fuzzy, the reflection missing the problem consciousness. And shouldmake teachers and the new curriculum reform in a mutual coordination and promote each other,the relation between the need from teacher oneself and the teacher system both aspects of the effort.
