The Analysis Of The Output Effects Of Financial Expenditure On Fundamental Education

Education is the basic cause of economic and social development,and fundamental education is the basic force of cultivating qualified people,an important means of reproduction of labor.Suzhou fundamental education had experienced in achieving two basic goals—eliminating illiteracy and permeating compulsory education in advance around the whole nation,and taking the lead in achieving modernization of education in the course of development of Suzhou,which had played an important role in facilitating a rapid sustainable development of society and economy in Suzhou.Education expenditure refers to human,material,financial resources which are in order to keep educational activities going smoothly.The number of education expenditure and its utilization of evaluation of the level of education are two important performance criterions.This paper is going to analyze the theoretical basis of financial expenditure on fundamental education through literature study and compare all types of schools of fundamental education in Suzhou with the same schools in Jiangsu province even in the whole nation to evaluate the output effects of expenditure.With this paper,we may summarize advantage points of Suzhou fundamental education and disadvantage points of financial expenditure to offer suggestions of the improvement of fundamental education expenditure in Suzhou.
