The Current Situation And Countermeasure Of The Large-scale Stadium Halls' Operations Management In Jiangsu Province

This arcticle takes Jiangsu province as the studying region, contrasted to the domestic and foreign stadium halls'construction and the present situation of management, analyzes the present situation of Jiangsu large-scale stadium halls, the goal lies in proposing some questions in Jinagsu large-scales stadium halls'management, discussing the countemreasures and the measures of the stadimu hall's management.This article mainly uses literature reference and material method, questiounaire survey method, logical analysis method to carry on the investigation and the research. This arcticle summarizes the management system existed and the management pattern existed, analyzes the present situation of each hall's staff, and analyzes the financing way,the project scope, the opening and the management conditoin; It conducts the investigation and study to the sportsmarket, summarizes the consumer's expense motive, the consumer's main charaeteristie, the primary factor on influencing expenditure, the evaluation on the stadium halls and so on; It proposed main extant questions in Jiangsu large-scale stadium halls'management, and proposes some countermeasures related to stadium halls'management.Conclusion: The stadium halls'management system has gradually been improved, the field of halls have already been opened to the populace, the management has gradually stepped onto the path which assumes responsibility for own profits and losses. Along with financing way's multiplication, management project and scope are also along with multiplication. Among them, development of the healthy entertainment and the competition performance project can bring benefit to the stadium hall, how to develop the sports body-healthy project what attract the populace and how to introduce enjoyable sports competition will be the primary factors affecting consumer. The question left under the planned economy management system still exists in the present, the social efficiency and the economic effieiency has the contradiction, so the two affecters needs the intercoordination and mutually supplements. Because the huge investment of the stadium halls has cuased its maintenace cost greatly, and some halls'function has been unitary, lacked the managerial talent, the state asset has been drained and so on. These questions hinder the development of the stadium halls'management. We need to break the traditional thouhgts, process the social efficiency and the economic effieiency relations properly, and strengthen its function goal simultaneously, establish the scientific management system of service quality, develop the market positively, explore the new management pattern, train talent of the sports management vigorously, regularize the sports market through the establishment and the perfection of the policy laws and regulations, in order to promote the stadimu halls'management to be the long-enduring possbile development.This research is on the data-base in Jiangsu province. It analyses the status of resource of sports stadiums and discusses the way in developing and using sports stadiums in Jiangsu province by the means of looking up documentary, visiting and communicating with experts, using logical analysis method, in addition No. 5th national general investigation survey of sports stadiums in Jiangsu province and the current developments and trend of social sport are also considered. The article puts forward how to optimize the management in order to improve the both of the rate of use and social profits on sports stadiums.
