According to the data of the fifth national sports ground survey，it shows that the per capita possession of sports ground in Guizhouis0.41square meters，the national sports ground covers an area of1.03square meters per capita。The standard venues open rate ofGuizhou province is35%；non-standard venues open rate is38.5%。Thus it can be seen that0.41square meters in Guizhou province farbelow the average1.03square meters in our country，the per capitais low and the opening rate is lower。It is difficult to effectivelyimprove in the short term that the current situation of shortage ofsports ground in Guizhou。It become serious problem in the processof sports development in Guizhou that how to use effectively theexisting sports venues，use the advanced management mode，to makethe existing sports venues can be fully play to social benefits andeconomic benefits。It is related to the development process of theundertakings of physical culture and sports in Guizhou andsuccessful implementation of the national fitness program inGuizhou。This paper consists of six parts，the first part is introduction；The second part is research overview; The third part is researchobject and research method；The fourth part includes the concept ofsports venues，present situation analysis of the9th national MEDALSbig facility operation management and present situation analysis ofstadium management in the domestic developed regions；The fifth partis present situation of stadium operations management in Guizhou，the problems arising from countermeasure research and factoranalysis； The sixth includes the conclusion of present situationof stadium operations management in Guizhou and countermeasuresresearch。This article uses the literature review，field investigation，expert interview，logic analysis and other research methods，toexplore suitable stadium operation and management mode of Guizhou province。In the study of sports venues of operation management，because of size limit，operation management of sports venues mainlyconcentrated in the stadium。So we do research on part of the stadiumin Guizhou，use the method of questionnaire and interview，analyzethe operation of the Guizhou stadium from the opening to the outsideworld，operating system and management mode，personnel and otheraspects，sum up some problems，which to further explore sustainabledevelopment path of stadium in Guizhou，and put forward relevantcountermeasures。Research conclusions are as follows: firstly，thestadium in Guizhou are mainly composed of national investment，rising number in venues，but after the operation management situationin most of the stadiums is not optimistic；Secondly，the managementmode of guizhou stadium mainly have independent operation andmanagement mode and enterprise management mode；Thirdly，it is behindthe stadium operation and management system，the venue is hard tobalance between social benefit and economic benefit， usingefficiency of venues is not high，lack of professional managementtalents，inadequate for the development of sports intangible assets；The fourth one is management pattern innovation， constructinggovernment responsibility，effectively using intangible assets ofstadium and improving the support of operation management talent，establishing and perfecting the laws and regulations safeguardmechanism，to promote the clustering development of venues areaintegration，strengthen the venue brand awareness and formulatingmarketing strategy.
