Alienation is considered as one of important problem in these research fields of educational psychology, emotional psychology, school psychology consultation,and is one of familiar psychological problem in middle school students as well. In the view of developmental psychology,alienation can directly reflect social communication derangement,namely that it is difficult to deal the well-balanced relation with others and in not able to establish the effective link with social communities who belonged to such as family,school and peer group.Adolescent is on the key time of the development of body and mind and sociality, and is also on the high-dangerous period of production of alienation. At present although the study of the students' alienation has started, there's no relevant research on the intervention of it.In this thesis, students in one Secondary School and one high school in Suzhou are using to be subjects. Using musical therapy as the basic methods of this intervention study.Conclusion of the paper are the following:1) The intervention has greatly decreased the middle school students' alienation both secondary school students and high school students. On the most dimensionalities of alienation and alienation total scores, there is much significant difference between before-experiment and after-experiment. The intervention is effective to alienation, as test after 3 months indicated the effect was kept.2) It is practicable and effective to use the musical therapy to lower the students' alienation.
