At the beginning of the new century, the eighth basic education curriculum reform of our country is implementing successfully at the rapid eye-catching trend. As one of the PE curriculum reform of basic education curriculum reform is executing. This reform calls for changes on the "complex, difficult, migraine, old" in curriculum content and the status about too much emphasis on book knowledge, enhances PE curriculum content to student life and contact to modern society and technological development, attents students interested in studying and experience, selects essential knowledge and skills for life-long learning; the PE course content need to change, and strive to reflect the new development of modern science and technology achievements, so that the PE curriculum have the spirit of the times, At the same time, the contents should reflect the experience of student life, and strive to embody the characteristics of time, effectively change life and situation of out of touch with the real world, greatly aroused the enthusiasm and initiative of the students.In this reform it put forward an important concept - PE curriculum resources, because the degree of richness and relevance of PE curriculum resources decide implementation scope and implementation level of the PE curriculum. At a long time, the contents of PE curriculum resource structure is homogeneous in primary school, the content of PE curriculum in all aspects of resource development is also single, vast numbers of primary school teachers and other educators are rarely exposed to the content of PE curriculum content resources. This underscores the importance and urgency of the PE curriculum resource development and utilization. Therefore, the content of the development and utilization of resources of the PE curriculum in primary schools should be increased, change the function of PE curriculum and student learning styles in order to complete the PE curriculum objectives and develop the curriculum reform to a new level. This article is mainly on the content at PE curriculum resource development for the perspective, using literature, questionnaire analysis and logic-oriented sports on campus to analysis whether it as a primary PE curriculum content development and utilization of resources to carry out or not on Theory, The results showed that the simple exercise, fun, entertaining, educational, selectivity and sports features etc. of School Orienteering is in line with the principle of the requirements of the content of resource development and utilization,its improving the function of internal organs, the students will Build quality, cultivate the spirit of cooperation,and the value of reflecting can serve as resources of PE curriculum for content development and utilization; opening School Orienteering in primary schools is not only in line with development trends of the reform of school physical education curriculum of our country, in favor of expanding the school PE curriculum resources, space, enrich the content of PE teaching, but also to primary school PE curriculum goals; At the same time, through teaching orienteering exercise research in primary school physical education, access to the experimental data on students studying Sport attitudes, body shape, physical function and physical effects, thus further explore the feasibility of the opening school orienteering in physical education in primary schools. For the expansion of PE curriculum content and resources of primary school ,to provide a theoretical reference and experimental support for promotion of the development of school orienteering, the experimental data showed that the opening of school orienteering can improve the point of behavioral intention, understanding of Sports Behavior, the objectives of identifying and the Know of the studying results as well as the role of emotional experience of students, thus improve the attitude of primary physical training and enable them to have a PE study interest. Not only It is good to affect the body shape, but also to upgrade the primary vital capacity, and promotes improvement of respiratory function and helps pupils'toimprove physical function, the data of the measured physical indicators also show that opening school orienteering in primary school have a better role in promoting the speed, endurance, flexibility, explosive strength of lower limbs, so the opening school orienteering in primary school can effectively enhance the health of pupils and enhance their health,so that opening school orienteering in physical education in primary schools is feasible.After one semester of the experiment, get many revelations: Good discipline in classroom is the protection of opening school orienteering in physical education in primary schools; School Leaders and teachers'support are the base of opening school orienteering in physical education in primary schools; scientific and rational design of classroom teaching are the key to achieve the teaching goals of opening school orienteering in physical education in primary school; safety is the most important of opening school orienteering in physical education in primary school; venues, equipment and graphics are to be considered an important factor of opening school orienteering in physical education in primary schools.
