Teaching behavior in classroom is an eternal topic in the research of education. Since it had the teaching activity, the humanity has been inquiring into the teaching behavior in classroom. In the elementary curriculum transformation,under the new curriculum idea has brought diverse and the combination teaching behaviors in classroom. The teacher's behavior in classroom remolding and promoting is very important for the implement of the new curriculum idea. Therefore, study on the teaching behavior in the classroom is of great importance in the theory aspect and practice aspect. It can not merely make us have deeper understanding to the teaching behavior in classroom of the elementary teachers whose course reform of the basic education under the elementary education transformation background, and facilitate teacher's improving the teaching behavior in classroom, and then promote the improvement of teaching quality.This study uses the methods of literature and questionnaire synthetically. On base of plentiful material this study investigates 250 teachers who take part in high school new curriculum reform with the questionnaire that made by myself. These teachers belong to 14 schools of 7 cities in Liaoning province. After investigation this study statistics and analyses the data with SPSS (12.0). Through the investigation and the analysis on theories this study finds that there are mainly the following several problems: First, Lack the consciousness of designing the target of teaching in classroom; Second, regard " teacher " as the centre still in the instructing behavior in the classroom; Third, the teaching dialogue in classroom becomes a mere formality; At last, lack the ability of dealing with student's behavioral problem appropriately. On base of investigation and analysis this study gives systemic countermeasures and suggestions to improve teachers'teaching behavior in classroom in the elementary curriculum reform. We hope it can help to improve teaching level of teachers in the elementary school, and to promote the new curriculum reform.
