On March 18,2019,in his speech at the school's ideological and political theory teacher seminar,General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly explained the importance of the construction of the ideological and political teacher team.The "Ordinary High School Ideological and Political Curriculum Standards"(revised edition in 2020)also clarifies the status of teachers in classroom teaching.In the face of new curriculum reforms,the presentation of ideological and political course teachers' classroom teaching behavior has attracted increasing attention,and has become a direct indicator of the quality and effectiveness of classroom teaching in high school ideological and political courses.The teaching behavior of teachers is the behavioral performance that reflects the teaching concept of the new curriculum,and implements the teaching methods and strategies.Whether a teacher's teaching behavior is effective is directly related to the efficiency of student learning and the realization of teaching goals,the quality of teaching and the effect of talent training,and determines the success or failure of a lesson.However,there are still some problems in the current political classroom teaching in high schools in our country.Teachers' understanding and behavior of traditional classroom teaching activities have tended to lag behind,and they cannot adapt to the society of this era and the requirements of the progress and development of contemporary high school political education.In high school politics classrooms,due to the unreasonable design of teachers' teaching activities and the structure of classroom teaching methods,the design of teaching methods is slightly lagging behind,and teachers' teaching management methods need to be improved.Studying the classroom teaching behavior of high school political teachers helps political teachers understand their own teaching situation,improve teaching methods,and strengthen classroom management.It has a significant guiding and stimulating effect on improving the quality and effectiveness of teaching.Therefore,the research on the classroom teaching behavior of political teachers seems urgent.This article takes the teaching behavior of political teachers in the teaching of high school ideological and political courses as the research object,explores the problems in the teaching behavior of political teachers,and explores the in-depth reasons that affect the educational behavior of high school ideological and political courses in practice and learning in my country.By proposing high school politics The strategies for improving classroom teaching behavior of class teachers should explore the reality and possibility of further improving the effect of classroom teaching,so as to better adapt to the development of the new era and the development needs of students.This article mainly uses literature analysis,questionnaire surveys,classroom observations and other analytical techniques.The content mainly centers on the current development status of the teaching behaviors of teachers of ideological and political courses in high schools in China,and finds some outstanding features that are commonly found in the classroom teaching behaviors of teachers of political courses in high schools in China.The problems and the reasons for their impact,as well as how to optimize and improve the teaching behavior of political teachers from multiple perspectives,are developed in several key aspects.The main research result is to analyze the educational practice effects of different teaching behaviors made by teachers in the classroom.The main problems existing in the teaching behavior of teachers in the classroom are identified,and the reasons are analyzed through the data obtained through surveys and questionnaire statistics.On this basis,combined with the theoretical research on effective classroom teaching by domestic and foreign experts and scholars Based on this,some feasibility opinions on changing the classroom teaching behavior of teachers to improve their classroom teaching efficiency are put forward.
