Chemistry history education is an old and young educational topic,This many a day,educational person of ideals and integrity has lots of appeal and exploration in the world. The history of chemistry is not only the history of both knowing and methods, but also the resources of rich mental treasure. It comprises chemistry development history , chemistry society history and chemistry ideology. Chemistry history accumulates a large amount of educational nourishment science thoughts,epistemology and historical fact,as well as the profound thoughts of the chemists,science attitude and spirit.During the course of the new round of curriculum reform, more and more people are paying attention to chemistry history education.Under the guidance of the new concept of education, the three different versions of the high school chemistry textbook contains rich chemistry history resources ,which provide a wide space for the study of chemistry history education in secondary schools.At first, the paper introduces the chemistry history content, distribution, presentation, education functions in the three new chemistry textbook (compulsory) and gives some suggestions on how to carry out. Secondly, it explains how to develop the educational functions of chemical materials in the three new chemistry textbook by giving some examples. At last ,it points out inadequacy of the chemistry history educational in these books and gives some advice too.
