Chemistry history is about the formation and development of chemical science, itincludes chemical history, social history and chemistry history, it includes the scienceexploration, science applications, reflects the profound thoughts, scientists and theirscientific attitude and scientific spirit, had a profound education significance foreducators."Ordinary high school chemistry curriculum standard (experiment)" pointedout:"for the purpose of further improving the scientific literacy of students." Thus, inthe education reform, has raised the scientific literacy to the very important position.Therefore, in the process of chemistry teaching, escape from the past "double-base"education, and use the necessary chemical sources, from3d target "knowledge andskills, process and methods, emotional attitudes and values", set up a target system ofscience, is the main requirement at this stage.The chemist Fu Yingceng said:" chemical can give a person with knowledge ofchemistry that would become" give a person with wisdom. Therefore, chemical formulaeducation are indispensable to the influence of the students. On the one hand, helps thestudent to the knowledge of the basic level. On the other hand, improve the students’scientific literacy and value system, and to lay a good foundation for future learning.The author in the article about the importance of the history of chemistry combinedwith high school education. Elaborated the high school chemistry teaching in theeducation of chemical formula, in order to make teachers and students together, to theattention of the chemistry history education to improve certain main presentation of thefollowing areas.First of all, this paper introduces the history of Chinese and foreign chemicaldevelopment, and implementation in teaching, and in view of the high schoolcompulsory, compulsory and elective one to five chemical formula education contenthas carried on the classification, sorting, summary. Discusses how to make use ofchemistry history teaching better. Then, combined with the specific education practicalexperience, analyzes the distribution of chemical formula education teaching material inhigh school as well as the application state. For how to improve the efficient educationof chemistry history purpose are expounded, and put forward the correspondingproposal, then effect of the history of high school chemistry education, and has carried on the questionnaire survey, further analysis, so as to prove the importance of chemicalformula education, for student’s quality education and the cultivation of divergentthinking and exploring ability provides effective support. On the students’ outlook onlife, values, strengthen the patriotic education, to cultivate more excellent talents lay thefoundation. Finally, through the discussion of the whole article to prove the feasibilityof chemical formula education was established.
