| As a new private higher education mechanism,the independent college has a short development period and only can attract some young graduates who have just graduated to work in schools.In the practical management process,the independent college not only blindly copied the mechanism of management suitable to the maternal public university,but also accepted mechanically the construction experience of the teaching staff,and did not consider whether this applied mechanism comforts to independent college.It is difficult for young teachers to quickly adapt to the transition from students to teachers.Although the independent college has clarified the goal of cultivating talents oriented to social and economic development,the combination of the practical education process and the society is relatively insufficient.The circulation mechanism of the teaching staff and the external labor market is not perfect,and third-party teaching quality assessment agencies are also immature.In addition,the government lacks high-level legal guarantee system and financial subsidies for the development of independent colleges.All of the above reasons have led to slow development of the independent college teachers,the importance of the teacher’s human capital has not been fully utilized,and the quality of teaching has improved slowly.Based on the perspective of “collaborative governance”,this study uses literature analysis and questionnaire survey to investigate the situation of full-time teachers in Jiangsu A College and analyzes the dilemma faced by the current construction of full-time teachers.From the perspective of the government,society,independent colleges,teachers and other stakeholders,the reasons for the difficulties faced by the construction of the teaching team are analyzed.On the basis of scientific reference to the foreign colleges advanced experience in constructing teachers,aiming at existing problems in the construction of the teaching staff of independent colleges from the legal guarantee and financial support of the government,the circulation of talents in the society and the fair evaluation mechanism,the modules of democratic management and human resource management of independent colleges are well-functioned,the individual implementation of the career planning,the construction of teachers’ morality and the establishment of interpersonal environment,etc.,and putting forward the specific implementation path of the construction of full-time teachers in independent colleges.It is expected to provide some reference forthe independent college to strengthen the construction of teachers and improve the quality of teaching. |
