Now the mankind is entering into the information times, which makes the knowledge increased quickly. As we all know, the study all the life becomes a necessary thing because of the increasing knowledge, so the learning to learn becomes a primary skill. For individual, if she wants to adapt to the society, he must learn how to learn. Through carry out the Quality Education in school, the education not only gives the students the knowledge but also improve the ability of their learning and research.In the teaching of biology, the education of learning strategy is involved in it, which is a useful way for all students to improve the ability of learning. And it is a necessary way to improve the quality of our teaching, as well as it is a only way that the students can change their learning pattern.The passage is aim to talk about the concept, structure of the learning strategy and the gives us a specific definition of the learning strategy on the biology. It shows us the important content of learning strategy about the biology according to curriculum standards and teaching practice of biology in senior high school. It includes Preparation Strategy, Monitoring Strategy, Understanding of Strategy to maintain, Problem Solving Strategy, Experimental Strategy and Strategy for help, etc.Make a research about the learning strategy, and it will provide us the theory and practice. Then the passage clarifies the elements of teaching and the requirements of teaching, which influence the learning strategy. The passage proposes the new pattern of learning strategy, which is combines with lectures, classroom infiltration and the strengthening the monitoring. And the teaching experiments have been carried out about two terms in Weifang Binhai senior high school, the results of this experiment show that : (1) The students can improve their level of learning strategy, their study efficiency and autonomous learning ability by this pattern of teaching. (2) The teaching of learning strategy can effectively improve the quality of the teaching of the biology.(3)Strengthening the Mintoring strategy practice is the security to improve the learning study and the using efficiency. I think the teaching of learning strategy is a good way to unload and improve the efficiency of study. Besides it is must be better that academic teaching strategy combines with the teaching of learning strategy. The leading method by using paper can help teachers to obtain more time to guide students to study and use learning strategy. To improve the efficiency of teaching, the teachers of biology should pay more attention to the study of the learning strategy theoretically and the teaching of learning strategy.
