Research On The Object And The Content Of Yoga Coach Training In Beijing

Along with the promotability of the civil fitness and the enhancement of the people's fitness awareness,yoga fitness is becoming more and more popular these years.Since the first yoga training institution was founded,there have been more than ten institutions in the city of Beijing. Now there is no policies and regulations to guide the ancient and fashioned activity,yoga,whitch is a people favorite fitness project. Therefore,It is imperative to research,develop and enhance the project reasonably and systematized and standardized the yoga training system as soon as possible.This paper,which researching subject is the object and the content of yoga coach training,uses by methods of documents,expert interview, questionnaire investigation,theinvestigation P.E faculties aerobics teacher,statistics to analyse the yoga coaches' basic situation,need conditions of theoretical knowledge,technology and capacity of yuga and evaluation of their own degrees.It discusses the object and the content in the Beijing yoga coach training system by combining the social needs and the own characteristics of yuga,Survey results are that:First:among Beijing yoga coaches,female is excessive,and they have short working years and are mainly part-time.The proportion of joining the training is over 60%.Their overall satisfaction with the effectiveness of the training is not high enough.The most important reason for affect them is that they think that the Beijing yoga training institutions are jumbled now and they can't find the credible institutions.Second:the evaluation of Beijing yoga coaches' own degrees is low.There are 9the weaker links reflected generally by the yoga coaches,moreover when these 9 targets except the philosophy,other eight targets is trained by the yoga and trains the teacher cluster for the most important target series,training should the key consideration. Third:object system of Beijing yoga coach training has been established.Fourth:through cluster analysis for the coaches' and the coach teachers' theory, technology and capacity of yuga,it can make a comprehensive assessment then and get the grades of importance of indicators contained in the three facets.The results showed that,the Beijing yoga coaches and the training market are comparatively impatient,and devoid of a long-term object. So,it is necessary to give them a correct guide.
