Since 2017,China ’ s small basketball is in a rapid development stage,and the social demand for small basketball coaches is increasing.In addition,a series of policies such as “ double reduction ” and “ code of conduct for extracurricular sports training ”promulgated by the state in 2021 also show that the state attaches great importance to sports and sports training industry,especially in primary and secondary school sports.Therefore,for primary and secondary school basketball players,the goal of China Basketball Association to develop E-class coaches outline is mainly to improve the teaching level of grassroots small basketball coaches in China,and lay the foundation for the reserve talents of basketball coaches in China.Therefore,it is necessary to verify whether the training program for E-level coaches of China Basketball Association(hereinafter referred to as the “ program ”)is reasonable and perfect,and whether the implementation effect can meet the expected requirements.In this paper,the Chinese Basketball Association E-class coaches training program as the research object,to Shanghai held six E-class coaches training students and lecturers as the research object,using the literature material method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics and field survey method.The main conclusions are as follows :(1)The frequency of small basketball teachers in small basketball learning is low,and there are fewer students with professional basketball training background.Teachers’ low frequency of small basketball learning and students with professional basketball training background may affect the training effect.(2)At present,the curriculum content of the four modules in the theoretical part and the practical part is more reasonable,but the theoretical part of the module one and module four set less hours.(3)The training form of the outline is reasonable,but there are problems in the form of assessment,such as the lack of scoring criteria and the lack of continuing training programmes in the outline.(4)The implementation effect of the outline on the overall survey objects has been significantly improved,and the satisfaction of students has reached 90 % in the implementation process.Only different gender,age and basketball player level of students in the theoretical part and practice part of the study,there are several courses to enhance the situation there are significant differences,which also shows that the learning effect of students will be affected by gender,age and whether the basketball player level.According to the above conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward: to increase the training of national basketball coaches,and actively encourage students with professional basketball training background to participate in the training of E-level coaches.The outline should increase the class hours in the principles and contents of little basketball training,and reduce the class hours in the basic coordination of attack and defense in the tactics of little basketball training.The syllabus should set assessment standards from the aspects of teaching posture,teaching methods and skills display,and conduct annual review and continuing training through provincial and local basketball association for students who have obtained certificates every year.Finally,in the number of lecturers and training conditions allow for the division of teaching,or before the opening of the class without basketball students have a skill test. |
