| In the tactics of modern football,it is an important means to elaborate each player' s ability within the frame of teamwork,in order to make up the inefficiency of monotony in play,improve players' tactical combination collectively and exploit team' s advantage.The team' s tactical ability determines their performance in games. In recent decade,the European teams have been placed at a leading position both in use of tactics and performances.The tactical integrality and actual effect showed by them,whose offense and defense distinctly featuring at a level of perfect,harmonic,balanced and diversified,in the international events.The European way to apply the tactics is to form a fine combination with players' individual skills and team' s tactical needs.The tactics emphasized in sense of that individual talents compliantly fit in team' s whole strategy,make into links by harmonize all elements together, individual to area,area to area and area to all pitch,thus as to swiften transition of the formation and dominate the course of game in the benefit on their side.In the other hand,the higher fitness level allows them effectively take advantage of power,pace,and height differences,grant them the prominence in conducting attack and pressure in physical oriented play against teams from other continents,which are good at techniques.Studying European tactics has a positive significance in developing football tactical theory in China and define a training philosophy match the Chinese footballers' characteristics.The athletes from Far East countries,whose strength,pace,stamina,body balance and individual technique are not competitive comparing with Europeans',are in face of difficulty if not acquire awareness and understanding of integrated tactical knowledge. This dissertation demonstrates the tactics and popular playing method utilized by European teams and predicts future development,through studying 11 cases in UEFA Cup 2004 and FIFA World Cup 2006. |
