Comparative Study Of The Management Systems Of Professional Football Clubs In China And Europe

This paper firstly investigates into the current situations about the internal and external management systems of professional football clubs in China and Europe with ploughing through the documents;secondly,comparative analysis about the current situations of the internal and external management systems are adopted between China and Europe;lastly,constructive advices are offered against these problems.This study is favorable to the sustainable development of Chinese professional football clubs,can offer workers and administrators of Chinese professional football clubs rational reference,and can provide the development of Chinese professional football clubs with new thoughts and angles.Through the study of this subject,we can draw the following conclusions:(1) European professional football clubs are outside the management system is a system of professional football and professional association composed of the alliance system, and our professional football outside the management system is composed by the Professional Football Association, the League of institutions in our country do not hold a job.(2) European Professional Football League is formed by the club, in accordance with the operation of legal statutes, and implementing the corporate governance and follow the statutory procedure is the carrier of its success. League of European countries by the Professional League to focus on various aspects of competition from the organization, distribution of profits to the race plan, business self-development.(3)China's professional soccer club management system outside the Department is a continuation of the traditional system, subject to strict restrictions on its power, its strong sense of the executive, but it can better adapt to the traditional administrative management system to the industry associations of the change management system; can times to achieve a better plan to control the mode of professional teams on the professional team to control the evolution.(4)European professional football clubs departments set up complete, and attach great importance to public relations and market development; China's professional football club set up on the internal sector is not perfect, rational, too small, as well as markets, public relations and other important sectors of absence is not conducive to the club business development, our country club for public relations and market development has not placed enough emphasis.(5)Professional football clubs in Europe set up a reasonable leadership positions, there is no deputy basic positions, and between the leadership of the role of checks and balances; and many professional football clubs in our country's leadership positions and the lack of a reasonable enough set of checks and balances, set up their positions relatively cumbersome, deputy posts too more complex high-level rights, the right job has not been materialized.(6)Professional football clubs in Europe's decision-making mechanism has a strong scientific and democratic; and as a result of China's professional soccer club ownership and management is closely linked to decision-making preference by ownership structure.
