Characteristics Of Campus Football Based On The Theory Of Organizational Ecology Research On School Management

The general office of the State Council issued the notice of the general office of the Ministry of education on the selection of national youth school with characteristics of campus football and pilot counties(districts),which mainly includes the selection and construction of a number of school football characteristic schools nationwide.In the following year,the general office of the State Council issued the notice of the overall plan for the reform and development of Chinese football,which made a rigorous plan for the development objectives of campus football activities and clearly distinguished the management forms.Under the promotion of national policy,the new measures of football entering the campus have become the pioneers of Chinese football reform,and also become the pioneers of "integration of physical education".By December 31 st,2020,China has completed the strategic goal of 50000 school football characteristic schools in advance.The quantitative goal of the school has been preliminarily achieved.With the optimization of management system,if 50000 school with football characteristics can not be well managed,all efforts in the early stage will be wasted,and even more likely to bring about more With bad negative effects.Based on this,it is urgent to coordinate the work cooperation between departments,strengthen the guarantee of management policies,set up the management institutions reasonably and formulate a clear assessment and evaluation system.The management mechanism of the school with characteristics of campus football in our country should be reformed and updated in accordance with the requirements of the new era.This paper uses the current situation of investigation,combing and analyzing related problems and thinking about improvement measures to make a deep study on the management of school with campus football characteristics.It takes the management system of school with campus football characteristics as a complete ecosystem,explores the advantages and disadvantages of organization management mechanism from the perspective of ecology theory,and puts forward the development strategy.This paper uses the methods of literature,qualitative interview,logic analysis and comparative analysis to explore the management system of school with characteristics of campus football.The paper chooses the school management system of school with characteristics of campus football in some cities of Hubei Province as the research object,and makes a study from the aspects of function orientation,development status,problem review,cause analysis,experience reference and improvement strategy of developed countries The results of ecological analysis show that the main problems of school management with characteristics of campus football in China are the lack of smooth ecological coordination of management institutions,lack of equality in the construction of personnel allocation ecology,lack of integration of ecological security of organization system,lack of balance of coordination mechanism ecological relations,and lack of dynamic assessment and evaluation of living environment;historical inheritance of policy driven and administrative management,decline of football development and Reform The main internal cause of the problem is the ups and downs,the old thought of merit.The management system of the school with characteristics of campus football in China should be improved in accordance with the principles of pluralism,grass-roots,fluency and comprehensiveness;the value orientation of subject diversity,policy guarantee,resource integration and practical feedback should be followed;the authority should be highly competent The system should be integrated,the organization should be set up reasonably;the sports alliance of characteristic schools should be developed to implement the grass-roots management power;the construction of the organizational system should be improved and social cognition education should be strengthened;the dynamic coordination management mechanism should be established,and the cooperation between departments should be emphasized;the investigation and analysis of the assessment practice should be strengthened,and the evaluation methods should be optimized.
