Research On The Status Quo Of Infant Constitution And Physical Training In Pingdingshan City

To know the status quo of children(3-6 years old) constitution and physical training in Pingdingshan city and to find out the rules of development,we chose some kindergartens from sections and counties of this city and measured and analyzed the following infant constitution indexes:shape,enginery and diathesis.Meanwhile questionnaire of constitution test and physical training were done to provide the base for seeking the scientific methods to improve the infant constitution and enriching the research fruit on the infant constitution.Aiming at the results we provided some sport methods to improve infant constitution to cause society to attach importance to and optimize infant physical training.The stat.results are followings:1^st infants grow faster at this age,and infant constitution indexes(shape,enginery, and diathesis) enhance with growing up but the flexibility.2^nd all kinds of the infants shape indexes are little higher than the Han nationality of our country at the same age,especially avoirdupois is higher,stature is close.In enginery respect,the male infants are better than females in all indexes but forward-bend with sitting-pose.The rural children are better in balance,velocity and strength of upper limbs than urban children,whereas urban children are better in flexibility,delicacy and strength of lower limbs than rural children.3^rd investigation shows:the physical training children between 3-6 years old take part in mainly relies on the kindergarten sports teaching.The training promotes the baby physical and moral integrity development effectively.However,the sports facilities of kindergartens are crude.moreover the sports content and the forms are sole.All above should be paid attention to by government.Therefore,suggested the department concerned takes the powerful measure,develops the kindergarten diligently the sports to promote the children's growth,enhancement physique and raising of the health standard.
