The early childhood period is the basic stage of a well-developed physical form and athletic quality,and directly affects the formation of late-stage motor skills,the development of athletic ability and the level of physical fitness.This article mainly uses literature research methods,physical fitness testing methods,experimental methods,mathematical statistics and other research methods,according to the physical and mental development law of children and physical training characteristics,for the current lack of scientific,targeted and effective physical training for infants,from the functional training From the perspective of the game,I tried to restate the ideas,contents,and methods of the club and infant physical training,and supplemented and perfected it through empirical research.Research indicates:1.Functional training is aimed at specific issues,and through a multi-directional,multi-dimensional,multi-modality design of exercise prescriptions,a training concept of periodic,continuous,and targeted solutions is formed.Function training screen to find out the problem-to design a problem-based exercise program-to evaluate the effectiveness of training-to correct the exercise program-to evaluate the training effect of the intervention process,is not only the update of sports philosophy,but also a new leap in the field of sports.At the same time,compared with the existing equipment,the experiment introduced a functional training equipment with novel appearance,easy operation,and multi-purpose.It is combined with the training concept in the use process of young children.The combination of professionalism and interest is enjoyed by coaches and children.,To maximize the purpose of exercise,and more effectively promote the healthy development of children.2.The features of early childhood physical training include the characteristics of unstable growth and development,imperfect physiological function,uncontrollable psychological state,and imperfect physical fitness.In the practice process,we pay attention to body shape exercises,introduce stretching exercises,and prevent joint damage;strengthen the ability of the nervous system to control the limbs;combine with balance quality training;use cardio-pulmonary endurance to intervene in forms such as retrace and chase;The psychological dynamics and interests are to stimulate the interest of sports;the physical quality is the main factor,and 4-5 years of age are mainly exercises of strength and coordination quality,and other physical fitness exercises supplement the training methods.The intensity of middle and high training is appropriate.3.Infants physical fitness intervention program,based on the characteristics of physical training for infants in terms of content reconstruction,designing children's sports activities in which movement development,physical fitness and games,competitions,and story styles are integrated;based on the functional training theory in terms of mode reconstruction Scientific and effective intervention processes,including screening of physical fitness for children-grouping according to physical fitness standards-designing individualized exercise programs for problems with physical fitness-conducting a second-round physical fitness test after 20 days or so-revising the exercise program-The third round of physical fitness tests-effectiveness evaluation.4.Constitutional test results Overall,physical fitness before the age of 4-5 years old children gap in physical fitness,physical and mental polarization is good or bad,and athletic ability is generally weak.After intervention of physical fitness for three months,the comparison of the total data showed that the experimental group A and B were 1.96 s shorter in the long jump and 2.21 s better than the 1.1 s in the control group C;the experimental group A and B were 1.5 m,2.06 m is better than that of the control group C 0.8m;the experimental group A,B shortened 1.96 s,2.27 s better than the control group C 1.07 s in the two-foot continuous jump project,and the intervention process A,B two groups of experiments There was no significant difference in the group data,and the verification experiment was generally consistent with the official experiment data.This shows that experimental interventions have significant differences in infants' strength and coordination qualities.
