Purpose:Knee surgery will produce a series of functional problems, concentrated in the range of motion decreases,flexion and extension muscles strength declines,knee proprioception missing,balance and coordination decline,stability decline and slow reaction speed.The proper rehabilitation training will promote the improvement of postoperative function.In this study,we discussed the effects of elite athletes knee neuromuscular functions after ACL reconstruction by rehabilitation training.Method:Six elite athletes after ACL reconstruction were selected,we used rehabilitation training followed the personalized rehabilitation programs from 6th week to 12th week after surgery.Two tests were carried out,including ROM,MRS tests,NAT balance tests and Biodex isokinetic test,the results were analyzed by SPSS13.0 for Windows.Results:After six weeks of rehabilitation intervention,the ROM,Peak Torque/Body Weight,Total Work and Average Power of the involved knee joint were significantly increased(p<0.01),the Peak Torque and Isometric force of the invotved knee were significantly increase(p<0.05); the Peak Torque/Body Weight and Peak Torque of extension muscles of uninvolved knee showed significant increase(p<0.05),reaction time and single-foot static balance scores significantly reduced(p<0.05);H/Q tends to"Goal",the deficit percentage of both sides declines and the score of both feet static balance significantly lower(p<0.05),the scores declined in dynamic balance,and the other indicators of coordination,proprioception and responsiveness have improved,but the change does not have statistical significance.Conclusions:1) After the rehabilitation,the ROM and muscles strength were significantly increased;balance,coordination,proprioception and response ability have increased,but did not have statistical significance;2) There are higher correlation between one-leg balance and the ipsilateral isometric strength and the coordination of eccentric contraction;3) The rehabilitation training under the guidance of painless have had a better rehabilitation effects;the rehabilitation programs we used apply to the ACL reconstruction in elite athletes. Suggestion:After returned to training,athletes should be strengthened endurance force,hamstring strength,coordination and reaction.
