The 2020 Winter Olympics will be held in Beijing,China,at that time Beijing will become the only city which not only holds Summer Olympics but also holds Winter Olympics.To follow “Technology for Winter Olympics” of national policy,competition items of Winter Paralympics receive unprecedented attention.The disabled country-skiing is one of Winter Paralympic competition items,divided into three small items,standing,sitting and hearing impairment,respectively.This paper is mainly researched on standing country-skiing.Standing country-skiing belongs to fitness sports,so in a large extent,the athletes' competitive results depend on the level of fitness.Only athletes have excellent fitness,combine with specific skills,then they can have a good result,so importance of fitness training cannot be ignored.In order to know fitness level of athletes in Chinese Country-skiing Team,literature method,viewing method,testing method,interviewing method and statistics method are used in this paper,and 12 excellent athletes are chose as subjects.Before summer training,carry out functional movement screening for the first time,analyze compensatory motions,look for the weak processes and design correct training.Then carry out the first test of five physical fitness,speed,strength,stamina,flexibility and balance,respectively,look for the weak processes and design specific training methods to improve physical fitness.Finally,carry out the second test of functional movement screening and physical fitness,respectively.The purpose of this paper is to know about physical fitness of Chinese standing country-skiing athletes,design corresponding training methods for Chinese Country-skiing Team,provide help for competitive abilities and results of athletes.The conclusions of this study as follows:1.Carry out the first test for athletes before summer training.The result of functional movement screening shows that when athletes do deep squat,one-leg squat,onearm push-up and one-arm standing rowing,the main problems are arching back,knee eversion and shrug,respectively.The result of physical fitness test illustrates that strength,speed and stamina still need to be improved,especially shoulder strength and aerobic endurance;balance should focus on decreasing the differences of lower limbs;flexibility should be gradually improved and decrease differences among athletes.2.Combine results of the first test and the real situation of summer training and carry out functional training twice a week.The training methods include decomposition training method,repetition training method,cycle training method and so on.There are 20 training means and the groups of every week's functional training for the 3 main physical fitness,strength,speed,and stamina are 90,28 and 10,repectively.3.After compare the testing data,it demonstrates that the rates of standard finishing of functional movement screening are improved,especially one-leg squat,its rate of standard finishing is even up to 100%.Among 21 physical fitness tests,P value of 17 is less than 0.05 which means that the data differences of pre-test and posttest are significant,and it also proves that traning means during summer training is not only reasonable but also effective.
