The Analyze And Research On The Capability System And Its Sub-indexes Of The Beijing Downtown Social Swimming Instructor

The swimming social instructor is one of the foremost important aspects of the social swimming project,who also plays a very significant role in the public swimming education,promotion and the development of our swimming project as well.It is urgent to understand and construct a scientific and concreted capability system of the social swimming instructor,in order to cultivate and foster a huge number of social swimming instructors with good quality.This research takes the Beijing downtown social swimming instructor as research object,by utilizing the methods such as literature,talking with experts,questionnaire, statistics and logical analysis as well,analyzing and studying the drafting,screening and the construction of the social swimming instructor capability system and the current condition of sub-indexes, we conclude the followings as:(1) The definition of the social swimming instructor's capability are the essential skills and abilities in the procedures such as educating the public swimming,scientific swimming healthy guidance,the organization of the swimming activities,and the management of the swimming businesses as well.(2) The current modern society requires the social swimming instructor with concrete teaching ability,professional healthy guidance ability, good at communication,coordination,learning and creation,excellent exercise,sports training and scientific research ability.(3) At present,there are more male Beijing downtown social swimming instructors than female ones;The current education background is not satisfying;Most swimming instructors certificate the preliminary social instructor level,few of them have achieved the high and professional social instructor level so far.(4) The definition of the capability system is the systematic structure characteristic when taking all the ability indexes into consideration as a integration.There are three gradations of the Beijing downtown social swimming instructor capability system,composed by 47 indexes, include one first-level index,7 second-level indexes and 39 third-level indexes.(5) Regards to the importance of the capability second-level index of the Beijing downtown social swimming instructor capability system,the teaching ability ranks the first place,followed by healthy guidance ability,communication and coordination ability,learning and creation ability,exercise ability,sports training ability,scientific research ability.(6) The general current condition of the Beijing downtown social swimming instructor's capability is appraised as "Moderated" by the experts and students.Regards to the current development condition of the those 7 second-level indexes,it tends to appear two "Unbalanced" situations: Firstly,the current development condition is unbalanced with its theoretical development condition,such as the importance score of the teaching capability is considered as the 1st place by the experts, nevertheless,its current development condition score lags in the 3rd place;Secondly,the current development condition among the 7 second-level indexes is unbalanced.
