Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Opening Of University Swimming Stadiums To The Society In Haidian District Of Beijing

The three functions of colleges and universities are clearly pointed out as teaching,scientific research and serving the society.The first two are the basis for colleges and universities to provide high-quality services for the society,while serving the society is the ultimate goal.In this study,firstly,it systematically introduces the openness and social service of colleges and universities themselves,and at the same time,it also introduces the role that colleges and universities can play in the process of community development.On this basis,it affirms the important purpose of colleges and universities to serve the society.Next,it elaborates the necessity and responsibility of universities relying on their own sports resources to provide relevant services for the society.Swimming venues,as one of the stadiums,have different particularities from other stadiums.As a sport suitable for all ages,the people's enthusiasm for swimming is growing.At present,due to various factors,there is a serious shortage of sports venues per capita in China,especially the shortage of swimming venues,which can not meet the normal needs of community residents for swimming and fitness.However,domestic colleges and universities generally have excellent quality,large-scale,well-equipped swimming pools.It is entirely possible to consider opening up to the society properly without affecting the normal development of their own teaching activities,so as to contribute to the healthy development of the cause of national fitness in China.In the course of the research,many methods including documentation,interview and logical analysis are synthetically used.Taking the union of colleges and universities in Haidian District of Beijing as the research object,this paper studies the degree of opening to the society,the present situation of opening to the outside world,the existing problems in the opening process,the factors influencing the opening to the outside world of swimming venues,and the typical case analysis.This paper gives a relatively detailed introduction.The purpose is to help colleges and universities gradually find an appropriate open way in future practice,that is,to satisfy the public without affecting the normal development of their own teaching activities,and give some suggestions based on personal research and cognition.The main results of this paper are as follows:1.There are 9 universities in Haidian District of Beijing with swimming venues and facilities,which can meet the needs of swimming teaching activities.Six of them are open to the school and society,two are open only to the school,one is not open,the opening rate is 88.9%,and the opening rate to the society is 66.7%.2.The swimming pools of the University Alliance in Haidian District of Beijing are all open for a fee,and the fee price can be accepted by the residents.The main goal of opening is to lay equal stress on both economic and social benefits,and the degree of opening publicity is poor.The opening hours are generally concentrated in the afternoon and evening,and are managed separately from the school's teaching activities.They are basically open all year round with a high degree of openness.3.The main factors affecting the opening of swimming pools in the union of colleges and universities in Haidian District of Beijing to the society are: national laws and regulations,Leaders' attention,investment in funds,supporting safety facilities,venues' area and quality,the economy of the surrounding areas of universities,residents' swimming awareness and population density,business models and services,management team and propaganda,national macroeconomic and seasonal changes.4.The Capital Institute of Physical Education has established a sports club,which specializes in the management of the open affairs of the venues.Beijing Aerospace and Aeronautics University has introduced a third-party company to manage the venues with the highest degree of openness.5.There are some problems in the opening of swimming pools of University Alliance in Haidian District of Beijing,such as conservative leadership concept,insufficient propaganda,low service quality,potential safety hazards and accident disputes,and lack of venues in some universities.6.In order to better serve the society,firstly,we should strengthen legislation to ensure the smooth opening of swimming venues in Colleges and universities.At the same time,the government should implement and supervise policies to encourage and support the active opening of colleges and universities to the outside world.It is worth mentioning that the decision-making level of colleges and universities should abandon closed and inappropriate management concepts,conform to the trend and practice clothing.The idea of serving the public;colleges and universities should also improve the security system,strengthen the sports insurance system,and avoid the risk of social opening;at the same time,they need to use new media to actively publicize swimming venues;they also need professional personnel to manage and maintain the venues.
