Research On The Funds Input Of The Higher Education & The Strategy In Japan

Higher education funding is an important material guarantee of the development of higher education,therefore,the input of funds and investment strategies,either directly or indirectly will affect the development of higher education.Since the Expansion Policy from 1999 came into being,higher education in Chinagradually accept a substantial increase in the number of students,but during the sameperiod we are facing the shortage of funds and the decrease of the quality of educationissues. Japan,our neighbors has entered a stage of development on the popularization ofhigher education in the 20th century the mid-60.as what problems we encountered todayshould have been besetting Japan at that time.After 50 years,Japan's investment in education funding and the use of inputs affectthe quality of education have accumulated as a wealth of experience.It would be an important reference to research the funding of higher education in Japanand strategies for China's financial system reform of higher education,and highereducation focus on the transferring of the allocation of resources.This study is analysis of Japan's 55 years,from 1950 to 2005,education funding andinvestment strategy for Japanese how to use a small amount of national funding to promotea world-class higher education system.Finally,the writer raises China's higher educationinvestment funds and strategies as suggested as well.
