The ancient Greece Olympic movement was began in 776 B.C. and stopped in A.D. 395 years. It lasted 1170 years and went through three stages of production, development and decline. It contained a large number of competition items and relatively complete competition rules. The value of Sports have differences due to individual and populational difference ,while there have internal consistency between them, we call this kind of differences and internal consistency as Sports binary value theory. So far as individual is concerned, Sports is a means of change oneself. Hence we can deduce the harmonious ethics of the ancient Greece Olympic movement. So far as population is concerned, Sports is a bond of adjust relations of different groups. Hence we can deduce the fair ethics and the friendship ethics of the ancient Greece Olympic movement. The ancient Greece Olympic movement establish ethical goal of unification of individual value and social value; develop moral character of braveness and faith; firm moral belief of fair, harmonious and excellence that come from the worship of people to god and hero. As the civilization of ancient Greece slave society decline, the ancient Greece Olympic movement was alienated by narrow political purposes, material benefits and cultural prejudice and gradual decline. Reflecting on the course of rise and fall of the ancient Greece Olympic movement, we obtain some enlightenment that the development of Sports and Olympic movement should observe the principle of finite injury, ensure moral and dignity of person, continue to pursue excellence, trivialize the consciousness of gold medal, carry forward freedom, keep away from the commercial chain.
