In modern society, the dichotomic mode of thinking of the subject and object makes modern edcation be a logocentric education. The reserch on the teaher-student relation has been revolving around the question on whose status is much more important, the teacher or the student, during the course of education. So hard for the research to jump out of the dualistic contradictory thinking enframe, which make the teacher and student be the basic antagonism during the teaching course. Modernity' s going in for rationality and terminal values leads to the terminal purpose of education which is only to pass on the useful knowedges to the students, and the educational essence is regarded as a course of mechanical operation same to the manufacture. It means that the student as a living individual is materialized in the eyes of the teacher who always regards the student as a thing, but not as a person.Therefore, this paper, from the view of the postmodernism whose tasks is subverting the modernity, aims at deconstructing the modern teacher-student relation in the catabolic troubles. Postmodernism initiates uncertainty, inthrone diversification, respect otherness and propose irrationality, which have supplied this article, whose intention is to construct the aesthetic teacher-student relation, with abundant and unique theoretical basis, and which have pointed out a new possibility for making the teacher-student relation out of modern dilemma. In the aesthetic teacher-student relation, including the association and interaction between the teacher and the student, it presents not only the beautiful external, the beautifulforms and the method or the means of making pretty, most of all, but chrming humanity. Aesthetic teacher-student relation is the assurance of the quality of life, is the reflection of emotional life, is the undergoing and sublimation of life meaning.On the basis of the postmodern inspection and rebellion against modern educational theories, the first section of this paper firstly discussed the cause of the following three aspects-backgrounding of the theme, foundations of the theme and the present situation of this research at home and abroad. The groundwork of this paper's thesis is that the new possibility of constructing the aesthetic teacher-student relation is supplied by virtue of postmodern viewpoint and its thinking featurs. In section II, conclusion was got that the profound impact on education was caused by the aesthetic particularity of spiritual gist included in the postmodernism through looking into the postmodern pedigree and inspecting its relation to the modernity. Section III, profoundly analysised the theory evidence and the main feature of establishing modern teacher-student relation in terms of reflecting and criticizing it. Section IV, batted around the connotation of aesthetic teacher-student relation in postmodern context and its constructured strateges. Last part is the conclusion of this whole paper, which indicated that postmodernism was not perfect and the most precious of it was its complementarity and superiority over modernity which should be taken into consideration on its relevancy when it was applied into the field of education.
