Every life to,has the ecological question,the phenomenon and the rule.Along with population increasing sharply,environmental pollution,natural resource depletion, ecology ideas deep into the people.Now,the ecological principle has already become a mainstream.The people pay attention education theory from the ecology angle,for instance classroom,teacher-student relation,and so on.Rethinking traditional education,it often treats the human as the social tool,takes schools as the place of "the social tool person",and neglects the ecology entity - teacher or student,only to teacher-student relation disassimilation.Some scholar once pointed out that,"the education is human's energetic vital activity process","Super characteristic of the activity has the possibility to enable the life to transfer itself,create unceasingly,and improve and develop.Thus life can be inspirited,richer".Education must create the entity ecology of person's life and make the student,the teacher,the school success." The Summary of Elementary Education Curriculum Reform(Implementation) also requests to establish the education environment which can guide the student to participate on his initiative,stimulate his study enthusiasm,raise manner and ability of grasping and utilizing knowledge,enable all students to obtain full development." So we believe that,teacher-student relation is ecological in the Elementary Education Curriculum Reform.Therefore,the text researches on teacher -student relation from the ecological angle to understand deeply educational rules and enrich educational and teaching theory,and hope to provide some valuable suggestions on dealing correctly with teacher-student relation to enhance educational and teaching quality and efficiency.The text has six parts:First part,explain the cause of subject selecting,the significance,reference review, the mentality and method. Second part,the basic introduce of ecotype teacher-student relation.The ecotype teacher-student relation is a new one that teachers and students as life individual each other constitute ecological community,affect and mold mutually,form the organic relation in order to improve survival conditions,enhance educational and teaching quality and efficiency,promote the teacher,the student,the school success.The ecotype teacher-student relation is inter-subjectivity in essence on the basis of the ecology theory and the multiple intelligent theory.It has characteristics of role multiplicity,contact process interactivity,interpersonal relationship harmony.Third part,historical evolution of the ecotype teacher-student relation.In the nature civilized time teacher-student relation was primitively harmonious,included simple ecological consciousness;In the agricultural civilized time it is fragmentary, and not systematic;In the industry civilized time,it still lacked of the special elaboration,did not form the complete theory;In the ecology civilized time it is to be "you - me".It is a ideal we always pursue,is a inevitable trend.Fourth part,the realistic portray of ecotype teacher-student relation.The teacher-student relation exists in many flaw-ecology phenomenon,such as control-obey relation in social position,indifference in emotion relation,utility in teaching relation because of traditional culture,systems,teachers and students.Fifth part,the destiny of ecotype teacher-student relation.Establishing ecotype teacher-student relation need not only external condition-eco-culture environment in schools,eco-appraisal system on education and teaching,developing spatials between teachers and students;but also internal main role -teachers and students.We should rationally think about difficulty and question in establishing,and promote methodically the construction.Sixth part,concluding remark.Summarizes the text and foresee the future.
