Research On The Undergraduate Self-employment Education Management System Of H University

In the current severe employment situation, self-employment as a model for employment has become an option for the graduates, which is also a strong driving force for economic development. Undergraduate students which are one of the most active groups receive increasingly extensive attention from a variety of communities. As a result, it is important to research and explore scientific and rational self- -employment education management system for training entrepreneurial talents, broadening channels of employment, stabilizing economic development and developing our country to an innovative new one with strong human resource.Firstly, based on a large number of foreign and domestic theoretic documents, by using the method of literature study and the method of comparison, this paper comparative analyzes the foreign and domestic situation of the research on undergraduate self-employment education management.Secondly, this paper gives the positive analysis of H university, especially focusing on the features of organization, training system, and management system. A conclusion of the current situation of self-employment education management in H university is given in this part.Then, by a special investigation based on survey, taking some undergraduate self-employment cases as examples, this paper analyzes the three key features in the self-employment education management system with respect to the performance of self-employment. A conclusion of the difficulties faced by those undergraduate students and the help they need is given in this part.Finally, in accordance with the goal and the requirements of self-employment education management system, this paper puts forward to the countermeasures and the recommendations to improve and perfect the system.
