This research discusses the theories of undergraduate employment pressure and employment pressure management by using stress theory and coping theory. Design and compile series questionnaire of undergraduate employment pressure, and 10 universities in human province are investigated. Survey figures showed:(1)The employment pressure is the main source of psychological stress of current university students.(2)The strength of employment pressure of most university students is in strong level.(3) The strength of feeling of employment pressure is one important basis for judge the general employment pressure of university students is normal or not, however, not the only one criterion.(4) Majority of university students take use of active coping methods, and the significant difference of those who take use of passive coping ways is more obvious.(5) Undergraduates think that the relatively effective ways to relieve the employment(6) There is population difference in the undergraduate employment pressure.(7) Undergraduate employment pressure is the product of interaction between personal factor and situation factor.Seen from the survey data, main inspirations for the management of undergraduate employment pressure are:1. The management of undergraduate employment pressure aims to control and adjust the excessive pressure of undergraduate employment.2.The management of undergraduate employment pressure should give full play to the students for psychological adjustment and self-government.3.The undergraduates should be guided to cope with pressure actively, adjust their attitude towards employment, and come to terms with employment pressure.4.We should put emphasis on the university students who have significantly intensive pressure on employment.5.We should distinguish various characteristics of employment pressure intensity, emotional experiences and coping behaviors of undergraduates in different groups in order to "suit the remedy to the case".6. We should pay attention to the advice proposed by undergraduates.
