Talent is the most valuable resource for innovation and driving development.Making policy adjustments to rationally absorb and utilize the resources of intern ational students is of great significance in improving the international competitive ness of the domestic economy in the context of globalization.The employment of international students in China is in line with the development trend of the inter nationalized open economy,and brings significant economic benefits.At the same time,it plays an indispensable role in promoting economic structure optimization,increasing the international proportion of the employed population,and improvin g the international competition level of Chinese graduates.The role and guiding it s healthy development will also promote the employment of Chinese college grad uates.Taking Shanghai as an example,on the one hand,it sorts out the relevant po licies of Shanghai students studying in China,and uses authoritative data to objec tively describe the direct effects of Shanghai's talent introduction in China,focusi ng on the implementation of “two certificates in one” in Shanghai.The Bank laun ched the "Notice on Foreign University Graduates' Work in Shanghai to Handle Work Permits" and a series of new measures to analyze the employment status of international students in China.At the same time,the employment forms of inter national students in China are divided into three categories: employment,self-emp loyment and internship.From these three perspectives,systematically and compre hensively clarify the problems encountered by Shanghai students studying in Chin a during employment,self-employment and internships.The establishment of a talent introduction mechanism for foreign students in China can create a perfect legal and policy environment for the strategic needs of China's talent-powered countries.The smooth implementation of the mechanism also requires the legislative department,the public security entry and exit manage ment department,the international student group,universities and enterprises.Coo perate with each other and continue to improve and correct in practice,to achieve the goal of leaving outstanding talents among Chinese students in China.
