Nowadays, people pay more attention to undergraduates getting employment after day by day. People pay more attention to it, since employment has become an essential constituent in the life.Several million university graduates rush into market to seek the employment every year, but the market mechanism is insufficiently completed, so there appears some voice about getting employment difficultly of undergraduate in the society, once the university graduated is equal to employment, but now is equal to unemployment. Along with the higher education resources open to more people, the higher education has transferred from "outstanding education" to "populace education", along with the enhance of the higher education marketability level and the transform of the graduates getting employment way from national unified distribution to market fair competition, the idea of "graduate means getting employment" has broken.Undergraduates getting employment problem has appeared around 1990s in our country, it become prominent at the end of the 80's, early of 90's, the situation is not that serious after that. Along with expand- enrolling university students graduate one after another, university graduates' burst paroxysmal unconventional grows; the undergraduates getting employment problem becomes more prominent inevitably.How to solve the undergraduates getting employment problem is becoming the important topic that governments, society and university faces now. First, our country is the high quality human resources deficient country; the substance of the undergraduates getting employment problem is how to dispose country's high quality human resources reasonably, we should study highly from the country human resources full use vision to solve the undergraduates getting employment problem. Second, if the solution of undergraduates getting employment problem is not good, most undergraduates can not get employment in time, it will influence steady of our country and society, it will also influence correct appraisal about higher education of general populace and full realization of graduates' life and social value. Third, with higher education' popularity arrival, university's employment rate has become important index to measure university's level and prestige, it will determine exist and development of the university, umversity must take to any means possible to solve graduates' getting employment problem.Nowadays, graduates' getting employment problem is not involving in undergraduates, umversity already, it also involving in government, company and society. The difficulty of the graduates' getting employment problem can not be solved by graduates and university unilaterally; it needs every way joint effort to solve. So, setting up employment system of undergraduate is imperative.This article mainly uses real diagnosis investigation analysis, and refers to situations of the university graduates' getting employment in other places; to find out general problems of graduates' getting employment from graduate itself, company demand, university, and government; and propose thoughts and suggestion of setting up employment system of undergraduate. It imagines setting up a employment system participating by government, company, university and graduate itself to advance undergraduates getting employment, guarantee undergraduates getting a good job.
