The social network also named human networks. By its nature this is a dynamic system about person-to-person information exchange and resource utilization of the network relationships in order to achieve a particular purpose. In modern society, various organizations will set up a team to achieve a particular goal or task. This inevitably requires an answer which the person to finish, how to elect these people to form into a team to achieve the mission and so on. It is significant to solve the problem and achieve objectives on time as a team having harmonious, capable and efficient these characteristics.We set up a optimal strategy in a team. Using least squares method, through the network node of personal ability and interpersonal ability of these two-dimensional analysis based the strength of strong ties theory in social network analysis. At the same time, this article designed data-processing analysis software in the basic platform on VC6.0 to analysis data from an organization and select fuzzy integrated evaluation method to prove this strategy from context is reasonable in real life. the results show that the model is a workable strategy for the Organization's human resource allocation and the team has provided an important means to optimize.Ultimately, we have been the best team of nine individuals based on this method. We have adopted fuzzy Integrated Evaluation to validate our research and the result feasibility and accuracy of the results. After that, we use Analytical Hierarchy Process to determine the weight factor from these nine individuals and after the operation has been relatively satisfied with the results.This paper is divided into six parts, the first part is Introduction, and then conducted a major literature review and describe the birth of social network analysis, development and research, as well as the theoretical framework used in our study strong Contact advantage and a brief introduction of some theoretical, as well as the formation of this paper, the optimal team strategy profile; second part describes the steps of the design of the questionnaire and explained the questionnaire of this article; the third part describes the optimal strategy for the design team in more detail; the fourth part is the formation of the realization of software in optimal team in this article, including design methods, interface design and data processing, etc.; the fifth part of the application of fuzzy Integrated Evaluation research on the results of a validation; the sixth part is the conclusion of the study this article and research by some of the limitations. the Idea of the overall research in this paper is the "selection illustrated reasons - related to the theoretical description - the questionnaire design and strategies for the design - the realization of software application - summing up" the process.So, The results of this article in the enterprises or institutions have a variety of important theoretical value and practical significance.
