Based on the background of "Student Qriented" and "All-round Development Education" concepts which higher education is pursuing now, this research has got some conclusions and edit a "Questionnaire About Good Teacher in College education" by means of open questionnaire collection, scientic literature analysis through applying to pedagogy, psychology, administration and so on.College student and teacher are the research objects. The purpose is finding out the differences by comparing student's concept about good teacher with teacher's. The research tool is "Questionnaire About Good Teacher in College education" edited by the writer, which is much credible and efficient , because all the items in it are strictly chosen and refined.The first step is that proposing the theory about good teacher concept in college student's mind through combining valid items collection based on 116 students qestionnaire about the good teacher's standard in college student's mind with classifing and perfecting the relevant literatures. The last step is using the final questionnaire to validating the result through testing for 618 students and 124 teachers.Conclusions:1.
