Research On Evaluation And Countermeasures For The Increase Of Human Capital By Educational Investment In Anhui Province

In the era of knowledge economy,human capital investment has been a more important factor in creating production elements and social wealth compared with physical and monetary capital.Educational investment is the main form of human capital investment. Managers at home and abroad begin to realize that educational investment plays a more and more important role in increasing human capital.Therefore,the research on how to assess the role of investment in education and make the investment more scientifically has been a hot topic.This paper proposes countermeasures for the increase of human capital in Anhui province by investment in education through the method of logical analysis and empirical analysis.Firstly,we analyze the status quo and existing problems of human capital investment. Secondly,the importance of investment in education is analyzed in the process of increasing human capital through the study of the theory of human capital investment and the status quo of educational investment in Anhui province,and the evaluating index system on the increase of human capital by educational investment is established.Finally, countermeasures are proposed based on the existing problems of educational investment in Anhui province.This study builds up an evaluating index system on how to assess the role of investment in education and make the investment more scientifically,which is practical and feasible.This system has a positive meaning for enhancing human capital in Anhui province.
