The Chinese government signed two international human rights joint pledges in the late-1990s, the question of human rights has received the unprecedented attention in our country, the equality power of the sexes is an important content in the question of our country's human rights. Along with the situation of supply exceeds demand in China labor market, the power of feminine equal employment suffers the significant violation, it influence the construction of harmonious society seriously, to safeguard the female and the male enjoying the equal employment power has become the important topic which the government and the academic circle studies.This research embarks from the view angle of the sex analysis, it can divides into four major parts. The first part is an introduction, mainly introduced the research background and the research significance of this topic, the rationale, the literature summarize of domestic and foreign, has made the upholstery for the later research. The second part take the social statistics data of female employment of all previous years as the basis, promulgated the present situation of contemporary female getting employed that it's difficult to gets employed, the profession and the professional gender apartheid, the low professional treatment and employment non-standardization. .The third part analyzed the produces and the development reason of the employment neutrality not to be equal from the three different angles that the society, the female own, the Employer, thought that the Chinese tradition backward sex culture idea and the traditional sex division of labor is the thought root and the deepest level reason of cause the sexs discriminate in employment,; But the present the equality of the sexes employment's legal regime is not perfect in our country also causes the female to lose the equal employment effective safeguards; And women's physiological and psychological reasons, as well as the concept of employing units on the cost-effectiveness considerations and the concept of the traditional employment of women has become a negative factor to female employment. The fourth part on the basis of comparing the countermeasures of abroad that promote women's employment reasonable and effective , address the related countermeasures of gender inequality in employment of our country. from the three aspects. Think that the construction of the advanced gender culture, the improvement of the society gender and cultural environment are most important; The legal regulation of employment equality between men and women is the legal protection of equal employment; Government as a promoter of strategy for mainstreaming gender equality, should strengthen its functions in economic, social and others in order to protect women's equal employment.
