| As a teaching technical ability,questioning in classroom is one of the core characters of the teacher.As a kind of teaching method,questioning in classroom promotes teaching dialogue.The quantity of questioning in classroom affects result of the classroom teaching directly.Based on the theory of Questioning for Understanding: Empowering Student Thinking which announced by Marylou Dantonio & Paul C.Beisenherz(Americans) and other theories in this realm,an observation form is drawn up to analyze questioning in classroom of the senior high school physics teachers.The background,method and related overviews of this research are introduced in the first part of this article.The concept of questioning in classroom is defined and each related factors of questioning in classroom such as the thinking layer,clear of questions,types of questions, waiting time,the quality of students' answer and feedback of teachers is analyzed in the second part of this Article.An observation form is drawn up and the record method is introduced in the third part of this Article.In the fourth part of this Article,15 lessons of well-trained teachers and 5 lessons of new teachers is observed.The total general conditions of questioning in classroom of physics teachers are analyzed.The separate conditions of questioning in classroom of two types of teachers are contrasted.Study shows that the quantity of questions and the thinking layer of physics teachers are better than those analyzed in other studies.Clear of questions,types of questions,waiting time and feedback of teacher are to be improvement.The thinking layer,clear of questions,types of questions,waiting time,the quality of students' answer and feedback of new teachers are worse than those of well-trained teachers obviously.According to contrast and analysis,the questioning in classroom ability of physics teacher must be improvement in such ways,the course establish,the teacher's selection and appoint of,the practice opportunity,teaching introspect,communicate with colleagues and education study.Advantages and limits of this study are given in the last part of this article. |
