By researching the theory and literature of the contemporary model of classroom teaching in primary and secondary schools,drawing on the advanced education concepts such as on Wei Shusheng's Six-Step Teaching Approach,situational teaching,successful attempt,feedback theory,and process of six-step of education dissemination,consensus rate,resonant rate,selecting and matching rate,starting out from the basis of policies, theories and reality,this article puts forward the Seven-Step Teaching Model of the new course theory of education of political and ideological education for senior high schools, conducting a profound analysis of the academic theory on Li Songhua's Seven-Step Teaching Approach,the author points out that the Seven-Step Teaching Model has features such as exercising before lecturing,exploring the answer to the question implied in the situation,the interaction between the teacher and his/her students,the feedback of attempt.The author lays emphasis on the necessity of the directivity,flexibility,novelty and classicality in terms of teaching contents,and points out the importance of the initiative of students' participation,and the interest of teaching organization in the class. Besides,the author also lays emphasis on the extension and restriction in the suitable areas.Teaching effect should lie in the high teaching efficiency.Then,take the class Cultural Innovation as the treading design case making the Academic and application the theory of Seven-Step Teaching Model more concrete.At the end of the article,the author analyses its application.
