This thesis selects a rural primary school for the study in the Northwest community. It analyzes the process of political socialization from the rural environment, the use of teaching materials, teaching and students through primary schools.Rural primary school is the cradle of political socialization for the country. National awareness infiltrates through the environment of primary schools: the national education law, elementary student rules of primary and secondary school and daily behavior standards, elementary school campus, playground and the classroom. At the same time, there is a power tension among the countries, schools and families. Teaching materials are the expression of the will of the state: the syllabus and teaching reference books focus on the decision of the educational objectives and direction; teaching materials are evoluting with the change of national education goals. Schools focus on the process of the political socialization through teaching materials in the classroom. Teaching materials reveal the tendency of basis of urban life with written language and native language. Teachers are the disseminators of political culture. Country's education right allocates teachers the rights and obligations in various forms. Teachers' occupational ethics standard implies the requirements and expectations of the country. Teacher's political awareness and the political orientation have the varying degree influence regarding student's political socialization process. In this part of the study and reflection, the thesis focuses on the conflict between objectives of education and training of the ways, searching the limitations of the national education right, proposing that democracy education and civic culture are the conjunction spot of politics and education.
