The curriculum is the personnel training fundamental unit and the direct carder in higher vocational education.Its essence is to choose,improve and develop the specialized knowledge and the technical characteristic human experience and the social culture.It is composed of five factors of the curriculum goal and the request,the curriculum content and the organization,the curriculum teaching and the activity,the curriculum environment and the condition and the curriculum effect appraises.Evaluation is the important link in the curriculum implements,also is very important and difficult to achieve breakthrough in the curriculum reform and the research.One hand,from the view of evaluation function,it is the important method of the guidance and the evaluation curriculum development,the construction,the entire process and the result of implementation,It has the pivotal function of conforms to the rule and science effective curriculum appraises the pattern of higher vocational education,to promotes the reform of educate the teaching and the curriculum structure whole optimizes,improves the quality of teaching,enhancement the international competitive power of higher vocational education comprehensively.On the other hand,from the view of displaying direction and the way in the Evaluation functions,How does it play the guiding role in the curriculum development and the implementation process,what is the guidance function nature? What is its result? Where will it lead the quality curriculum to? To undergraduate course curriculum concentration or manifest the quality characteristic fully,they both has certain rationale and the very practical curriculum.Due to the uncertainty of evaluation and the it is a weak link in our country,the system of curriculum appraises is mature,and has a series of problems such as the evaluation of content,the structure is not reasonable enough.The assessment method is simple,the type is unitary;Evaluation result analysis and feedback link is not good enough;Evaluation system is far from perfect and so on. So,The present paper tries hard to evaluate the development to the curriculum the historical path to carry on in the foundation which the synthesis induces and combs, Appraises the theory take the curriculum to appraise the question as the foundation to the higher professional colleges and universities curriculum of our country,which in the process exists to carry on the analysis,proposed the ideal quality curriculum appraises the principle and the pattern.As always,we all expect to synthesizes various viewpoints(values judgments, policy-making service,collection information),In the present stage society demand, higher vocational education own development needs to seek the best combining point with the students demand,but in practices,due to the traditional ideas influence,the vocational school student continuing education and the condition limits,the curriculum evaluation developed according to its own logic,and it sometimes is far departed from the research main body--curriculum,its result causes the curriculum to evaluate studies into one externally to study itself in the curriculum unique domain,is affecting the effect and the personnel training quality which our country higher vocational education curriculum implements.In view of this kind of situation,the author decided reviews and combs the curriculum to evaluate the development the history,and carries on the full inspection in this foundation to our country higher vocational colleges and universities curriculum implementation and the appraisal,take higher professional colleges and universities curriculum as object of study,carries on the appraisal idea,the mentality and the pattern discussion,tries hard to reverse the present quality curriculum to pay attention to the host and visitor body value,neglect contact value appraisal present situation,focus on evaluation the curriculum gradually from the view of achieving objectivity,takes the goal to achieve emphasis changes pays attention creatively human's emotion,independent, and so on the non-cognition domain,the prominent practice guidance,the pursuit of emancipation of man's individual character(evaluator and evaluating object experience common psychological construction process through"consultation")。In the inspection and in the evaluation practice process discovered and solves the question,in solving in the problem to integrate the modern appraisal idea gradually,form a favorable curriculum evaluation pattern for the higher vocational education development and the students' growth.
