Class teaching behavior is the main factor that affects the class teaching quality. It is the basic condition to implement curriculum theory and achieve course reform. Under the background of new curriculum reform, whether the class teching behavior of teachers is effective, affects the achievement of new curriculum reform. On the basis of investigating the status of class teaching behavior in middle schools, the author takes the progress of theoretical discussion and pratice testing. Form the biew of combining theory and practice, takes deep and systemic research on the achievement of class teaching behavior in middle schools. The paper aims to proposes systemic theoretical guidance to teaching practice of teachers, and give theoretical basis to teaching management.The paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the concept of introduction, includes the explanation of research origin, expounds the significance of research, cards and analyze the research status at home and abroad. The paper aims at explaining the significance of the research, and pointing the questions existed on the bais of analyzing the related materials.The second part is the concept of definiton, definites the concepts existed in the paper.The third part is the case analysis of achievement in class teaching behavior. By that to analyze and introduce the questions existed in present classing teaching behaviors.The forth part is factor analysis of achivement in class teaching behavior, analyzes the main factors form the theoretical level, then propose theoretical basis to establish practical measures.Finnaly is the concept of proposing measures to advance the achievement in class teaching behavior. On the basis of theoretical discussion, eatablish two-level mesures form the view of sustainable development. Aims at improving the achievement of classing teaching method in middle schools. One part is improve effects of class teching behavior by strengthen environmental construction. The second part is to strenghten the construction of teachers by the power of reflection.
