With the advancing of basic education curriculum reform, many researchers have discussed on the three-dimensional goals of curriculum reform. The backers consider that three-dimensional goal of curriculum reflects , the basic rule of students' overall development, individual and life-long development. It also reflects the organic connection of students' various qualities, under the training of subject curriculum. The opponents consider that the classification of three-dimensional goal, is actually the trend of neglecting knowledge, seeking students ' individual development unconditionally. It puts emotion and will on the first place, not emphasize subject and book knowledge. Teachers are not able to meet the requirement in the integration of three-dimensional goals, and they cannot hole the concept of implementing such goals. It has become a hot topic in theoretical and teaching circle, about how to implement the integration of three-dimensional goals. The research route of the paper is that, taking English teaching as the breakthrough point to discuss the integration of three-dimensional goals. Then defining the terms on the theoretical study at first, combined with holistic education theory to prove the developing, features and classification of learning interest. On the basis of that, the questionnaire is established. Then through the way of questionnaire, using different statistical methods to analyze. Comparing and analyzing the development of middle and primary school students ' learning interests. Then propose the pointed countermeasures to teaching. On the basis of theoretical and investigated research, proposing the suggestions to implement the integration of three-dimensional goals. The innovations of this paper are those, first combining with holistic education theory to definite the related theories of learning interest. Then take an object classification in its development dimension. The author uses various methods in the empirical research, proposes teaching suggestions to promote the development of students' learning interests. Finally by the study on students' learning interest, the paper extends to the integration of three-dimensional goals. The paper is divided into five parts. The first is the concept of theoretical study, including four aspects as the presentation of questions, the aim and significance of the study, related theories of learning interest. The second part is the concept of investigation study, including the design of questionnaire, selection of the sample, collection, analysis and processing of the data, as well as analysis and summary on the investigation results. The third part is the concept of analysis and suggestion, compare and discuss the development of middle and primary school students' learning interest. Then propose the relevant measures and teaching suggestions. The forth part is the concept of summary, card the theoretical and investigation research, form the view of emotional attitude and viewpoints of values, propose some suggestions to the integration of three-dimensional goals based on that. The fifth part is the concept of limitations and prospect of the paper. It mainly discusses and reflects the problems met in the paper. Then giving a direction to the follow-up research.
