Sport Cheerleading is a new competitive sports,Although the sports Cheerleading begin late in China,it has been developing quickly and has nearly achieved the advantage level in the world.Sports Cheerleading of our country won a lot of excellent results in the competition both home and abroad,the study on its set movements have a great contribution to improve the research of the Performance arrangement in sports cheerleading in china and promote the researching work in aerobics.Based on the set of movements of cheer leading-champion in the 2006 & 2007 & 2008 All-Stars Cheer Leading Tournament Skills of China, and the set of movements of cheer leading-champion in the 2008 All-Stars Cheer Leading Tournament Skills of The World.,the use of literature,survey(on the coacher of China champion,athletes and experts interviewed),observation(video information specific training),and other research methods,study on the set of movements of cheer leading-champion,analyze the artistry of its schedule,the characteristics to understand Sports Cheerleadind to further enhance the level of the country's Sports Cheerleading to provide reference materials.Main conclusions are:The features of action sets choregraphy of China first-class cheerleading and Competitive Cheerleading.1. the coaches master all match rules detailedly,the action sets were choregraphyed according to the international rules strictly.2. the opening includes Toss,Stunt and Tumbling;the major section contains 4 or 5 parts;the end contains about 3 actions,the most choosed actions are Tumbling and Toss;the transition was joined in Pyramid and Tumbling actions.3. the number of Release Move increase continuely,and the form of it is concentrated.4. the music of action sets meet the need of rules,meanwhile,chinese elements begin enter the music.The features of Difficulty of China first-class cheerleading and Competitive Cheerleading.1. The quality of Execution was improved,as follows:the time of compete Tumbling shorter than before,the gestureof Top Person was impored.2. China champion's Pyramid difficulty equal to the most difficulty,that is rank class 7;and Toss difficulty reach to rank class 5 or 6.3. The quality of execution of Tumbling which difficulty inferior to other action was reinforced,and the number of cheerleaders attended,especially woman cheerleaders,is growing increasingly.The gap between china team and the first-class all over the world1. Choregraphy.The major of action sets is short of variety;the end part is simple,the individual actions are detract;the number of china champion transition action and formation variety is less and it short of innovation in action sets.in addition,the difficulty of china champion team's Release Move is lower than the world class first-class teams.2. Difficulty.In Stunt and Toss actions,china champion difficulty is lower one or two class than the world champion;Tumbling is weak action in china,the difficulty below the mean level,and the choosed action is concentrated.3. Execution.In Stunt action,the overseas teams have merits in speed,stability and beauty.the strength of china teams Base and the flexibility of Top Person are weaker compare with overseas. In Release Move and Toss,Top Person can't compete in quality,even Twist is incompletable;compare with world champion,china champion Tumbling can't achieve the need quality,even have some misplay.
