By using the methods of documentation,video analysis,interviews,Comparative analysis and mathematical statistics,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the video data of balldance Cheerleading in the 2018 World Cheerleading Championship,studies the difficult movements of Pom cheerleading,and analyses the frequency of choosing,completing and characteristics of various difficult movements of Pom Cheerleading in recent years.Points,analysis of difficult movements in the Pom cheerleading project application status and development trend,summed up: 1.Difficult movements select a large number of teams,ranking is not necessarily ahead.2.Among the four kinds of difficult movements,the number of difficult movements of rotation is the largest,and the total number of difficult movements of rotation in the top three is also in the front rank.3.The level of jumping difficult movements differs greatly among teams,and the level gap between athletes in the same team is large.4.Difficult movements of balance and flexibility and toss often appear in the whole set of movements in the form of small groups.The strength of individual athletes is strong,which can not improve the overall level of the team.5.In the field of Pom cheerleading,the United States,Japan and Mexico have been in the top three ranks in the world.Their combination of difficult movements frequency,arrangement form and completion of difficult movements are getting stronger and stronger.
