Aerobics is the most popular social gym in the world nowadays,a cultural entertainment with music,skill,energy,performance.It is a sport item with competitive trait and a very proper one for people to build their body and nurture their mood.It has become the second most popular item for people bodybuilding because it is obliviously efficient,with novelty in form,music rhythm hot,varieties of bodybuilding items for different parts of the body and it develops fast and is highly regarded so people attend it actively and the number of the attendees is very large. Aerobics course is across P.E.,literature,art,education etc.several fields.It is an important foundation content and means in propelling quality education by P.E.and shows powerful vitality and effect in the school's implement of quality education. Setting aerobics course in college is always an vital task for college aerobics teachers.Science,sports,education and so on the theory,the use of literature,expert interviews,questionnaires transferRichard Law,mathematical statistics,such as colleges and universities in Hunan Province on the current aerobics physical education curriculum of public analysis of the status quo,the results showed that:(1) College of Hunan Province,stadiums and equipment to meet the basic education needs.But the old facilities,student satisfaction is not high.And teaching equipment has yet to be improved teaching conditions for the relative lack of teaching the constraints of contracts and the implementation of the impact of extra-curricular student training initiative.(2) the current public colleges and universities in Hunan Province sports aerobics courses offered a higher rate.Aerobics courses in colleges and universities in Hunan Province has entered a phase of steady development.(3) in the aerobics courses set up at more reasonable.In line with the "new outline",in the first two years to open the option aerobics courses,in the third and fourth grade students and set up optional courses.(4) teaching in the school,the total number of hours of teaching or be able to guarantee teaching Comparing the request,but the theory of teaching a relatively small number of hours.(5) Aerobics curriculum of a single,boring.It is difficult for students to maintain long-term interest in learning and enthusiasm for learning,students unable to meet the individual needs and desire to perform.(6) teaching methods and more traditional teaching methods,modern application of small multi-media technology.Some also use athletic training methods,with a clear "training" the intention,rather than fitness as the main objective of the application process.(7),aerobics teacher with mainly middle-aged and young teachers,teachers of the title,the structure of education,age structure,the overall distribution more reasonable.However,middle-aged and young teachers also have to strengthen in-service teacher qualifications and compensation for the improvement of education.(8) students to evaluate the system has yet to be improved,the lack of flexibility in the process of evaluation and assessment.(9) aerobics class students demand greater motivation course obvious that the high level of interest.(10) Aerobics colleges and universities to carry out extra-curricular training in good condition.According to the analysis of the results and the new "National College of Physical Education Curriculum Teaching Instruction",In this paper,to establish a "people-oriented,healthy in the first" guiding ideology of teaching;set up a multi-level,flexible,multi-modal system of teaching;step aerobics class theory class proportion of the public,and the place;aerobics to play extra-curricular activities,To lead students to multiple perspectives into the National Fitness;update and optimize the teaching content,the establishment of classification and characteristics of fashion combined with aerobics teaching mode;aerobics to strengthen in-service training of teachers;calisthenics to strengthen the practical ability of teachers and management of the establishment Competition;to improve teaching methods and teaching organization;focus on the process of evaluation will be closely integrated with the results of the evaluation,using indicators of absolute and relative evaluation of the evaluation of the combination of evaluation methods,such as countermeasures.
