Hunan Province Young Pe Teachers The Status Quo And Countermeasures

The research objects of this article are the young PE teachers of 24 undergraduate courses colleges and public sports staff rooms in Hunan province.Quoted materials,the investigative means,visiting and communication,general statistics and the logical analytic means are used in this article,thus it has gone through a comprehensive investigation and the research on the young sports teachers' conditions of the universities in Hunan Province.It has made comprehensive,thorough and careful analyses of the core question of current Hunan Province ordinary universities youth and so on gym instructor's basic present situation,teaching and training condition,scientific research condition and thought politics condition did has been.The findings indicated that:1.the ordinary universities youth gym instructor troop's school record structures are not really ideal in Hunan Province,the overall school record is somewhat low,the graduate students only occupies 9.5%,the undergraduate record accounts for the young teachers total 90.5%.2.The ordinary universities youth gym instructor troops' students' structure is unreasonable in Hunan Province,70%above youth gym instructors comes from the Hunan normal university.3.the Hunan Province ordinary universities youth gym instructor troop wages treatment is not high,the housing condition is worse,the normal welfare cannot be on time,in proper amount provided,the training opportunity of taking advanced courses is few.4.The ordinary universities youth gym instructor troop's teaching,training work load are big,the teaching enthusiasm is not high,the teaching documents preparation, the execution situation and the teaching investment situation is not so optimistically in Hunan Province5.The Hunan Province ordinary universities youth gym instructor troop's scientific research condition is not so optimistically,the thesis quantity and the quality are not high, above 80%of the youth gym instructor write the thesis for the title.6.The Hunan Province ordinary universities youth gym instructor troop's politics level is higher as a whole,the party member population occupies 41%,but also has the unstable factor.In view of the youth gym instructor's in universities question,it proposes to enlarge the investment,deepen the school interior distribution system reform,raise the youth gym instructor's wages and the welfare treatment,establish the reasonable effective motivation mechanism,stimulate the youth gym instructor's work enthusiasm;take enhances the school record level as the center,improves the youth gym instructor troop the school record structure;strengthens the innovation ability,raises the youth gym instructor scientific research level;perfect youth gym instructor,the training system, promotes the youth gym instructor specialized quality enhancement the consummation; Strengthens the youth gym instructor thought moral reconstruction,improves the youth gym instructor thought quality and strengthens the essential countermeasure which the Hunan Province ordinary universities youth gym instructor troop constructs.
